| Native Hawaiians (or part Hawaiians) who have graduated from high school in Hawaii are eligible to apply if they can demonstrate academic excellence and financial need. They must be pursuing undergraduate or graduate degrees at accredtied 2-year or 4-year colleges in Hawaii; graduate students may attend out-of-state schools if their major field of study is not available in Hawaii. Students who graduated from the Kamahameha Schools are not eligible to apply. | |
