| Applicants must be of Hawaiian ancestry and have graduated from a high school in Hawaii other than Kanehameha Schools. They must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at an accredtied postsecondary institution outside the state of Hawaii. Preference is given to applicants who demonstrate financial need, have maintained their status as a Hawaii resident, and can demonstrate evidence of voluntary service to the Hawaiian community. | |
