| The scholarship is offered to new transfer and currently enrolled students of color (African American, Asian, Hispanic, Native American) who transferred from Seattle Central Community College with 90 credits or a direct transfer, or acceptance into the Evergreen Upside Down Degree Program. This scholarship seeks to recognize a student for academic achievement and outstanding commitment to community involvement and social justice. Preference will be given to a student demonstrating financial need.
The applicant must submit a letter of application illustrating the applicant’s academic achievement and outstanding commitment to community involvement and social justice; and submit two letters of recommendation written within the past year. |
