| The Distinguished Raven FAC Memorial Scholarship is available to the descendents of Lao or Lao-Hmong individuals who served in the Royal Laotian Military or Hmong forces in defense of the Kingdom of Laos between 1960 and 1975. You must be a high school senior or graduate who is enrolled or will be enrolled as a full-time student in the upcoming academic year to qualify for this award. An essay and two letters of recommendation are also required. | |
