| Created by the family, friends and colleagues of Mario Hernandez who served Tarrant County College for nearly 25 years, this scholarship assists a student currently enrolled or entering Tarrant County College. Defined financial need is required and consideration is given to minority students who are the first generation in their family to attend college. Must be enrolled in at least nine hours for period of award. Must have a minimum TCC GPA of 2.75 or high school equivalent if first-time TCC student or a minimum GED score of 55. | |
