| Applicants must be a high school or GED equivalent graduating senior; must be an American citizen and a member of one of the following ethnic groups: African American, American Indian, Asian, Latino, or Biracial; have a cumulative 2.0 GPA or above on a four-point scale, or equivalent; attend a technical, vocational or community college; if available, attach a letter of acceptance; must reside in Madison, Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, Beloit, Indian reservation or any other area designated by the WWOCN Board.
