| Eligible to apply for this support are high school seniors or currently-enrolled college students who are of Portuguese American ancestry. Applicants must be U.S. residents and attending or planning to attend an accredited 4-year college or university. They must be interested in studying fine arts, architecture, or historic preservation. Selection is based on academic achievement and artistic accomplishments. Preference is given to students from the Washington D.C. area, but all qualified applicants are considered. | |
