| The FEREP program prepares students for careers in the Jewish Federation field. FEREP is a career track two-year program leading to master’s degrees in Social Work and/or Jewish Communal Service and Public Administration. Graduate study is combined with field work internships in Jewish Federations. | |

| Applicants must be enrolled in a participating school and have a high level of academic achievement (minimum of 3.0 GPA), strong leadership ability, organizational skills, strong oral and written communications skills, and a strong commitment to Jewish community service. The scholarship requirement involves a two-three year commitment to work for a Jewish Federation upon graduation. | |
