| The criteria for selecting the student or students chosen to receive scholarship assistance from the Scribner Endowed Fund include that recipients be recent graduates of a public school in the Hampton Roads region of Virginia, be American citizens, have an above-average academic record, and demonstrate a financial need; that recipients be undergraduates majoring in business administration, sciences, or technology; and that continuing scholarship awards be made only to students whose yearly course of study includes one or more undergraduate courses in the fields listed above, who have maintained at least a 3.0 grade point average in these subjects. | |
