| To be eligible, applicants must be graduating high school seniors or other persons enrolling full time in post-secondary schools for the first time. They must be residents of Bucks County; are academically well qualified for the school they plan to attend; have a record of involvement in school, community, church and/or other activities (especially as a leader); have been involved in giving service to others; and have financial need (gainful employment may be considered as a substitute for extensive involvement in leadership and service activities). Application forms may be obtained from your high school guidance counselor and/or school website; the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce website under “Services & Resources/Partners & Links”; or the A.
