| Selection is based on financial need, letters of recommendation from school and community leaders, transcripts and a personal letter outlining educational and vocational goals. A good place to start is to check out any material provided for the scholarship. A maximized likelihood of achieving your goal comes from finding out the requirements from the start and then determining if you qualify. At the outset seek to understand the reason for involvement of the A.P. & Louise Rouch Boys Foundation and what they hope to achieve with the Rouch Foundation. If you meet the requirements, figure out if there is a reasonable chance of being awarded the scholarship. If you think that you have a decent shot of going on to be awarded the Rouch Foundation, then you should use your time.
