| This scholarship will assist students from Okaloosa and Walton Counties. Awards are for two years at OWC and two additional years at the University of West Florida or other four-year state university. Awards are based primarily on financial need, hence they will not normally be made to students from upper income families or those receiving scholarships of equal or higher value. In addition to graduating high school seniors, applications are welcome from non-traditional students. | |
