| Applicants must have lost a parent to breast cancer. Students must reside within the service area of an established Komen Affiliate that is participation in the Scholarship Program, currently enrolled in a state-supported college or university. Students must be older than 25 and be a U.S. citizen or documented permanent resident of the U.S. Never at any time has the student been subject to any disciplinary action by any institution or entity, including, but not limited to, any educational or law enforcement agency. | |
