| This program is open to scholar/athletes between 14 and 21 years of age who play interscholastic, intercollegiate, or intramural tennis and have type I diabetes. Applicants must submit a short essay on the significance of diabetes in their lives. Selection is based on values, commitment, sportsmanship, community involvement, and financial need. | |
