| The applicant must be a woman or minority, have already completed two years in community college and are preparing to move on to a four-year university, and reside in one of five counties: Imperial, Riverside, Orange, San Bernardino or San Diego.
The applicant must also have a 3.0 minimum GPA (on a scale of 4.0), be pursuing an education in a field that will lend itself to a career in economic or community development, and have a need for financial assistance to complete education. |
