| Connecticut residents who are undergraduate students can apply to the Connecticut Board of Higher Education for consideration. Eligibility is based on SAT scores of at least 1200, or rank in the top 20 percent of their high school class. Financial need is also a criterion. Applications are available at high schools and must be submitted by February 15. | |
