| This program is open to high school seniors and full-time college students in their freshman or sophomore years who are Delaware residents and majoring in either engineering or environmental sciences at a Delaware college. Applicants must file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). They must write a 500-word essay on ”What would you do to protect the environment?” Selection is based on financial need, academic performance, community or school involvement, and leadership ability. | |
