| This program is open to women who are residents of Delaware and U.S. citizens pursuing a baccalaureate or graduate degree at an accredited college or university. Applicants must be either a high school graduate or senior at a public or private high school in New Castle County. Selection is based on scholastic record, contributions to school and community, results of standardized testing, and financial need. An interview is required. | |
