| Applicants must be high school seniors in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virgiania, or West Virginia who are graduating in the top third of their high school class and are able to document financial need. Applicants must submit a completed application form, their high school transcript, verification of their class standing, two letters of recommendation, and a statement that they will neither smoke nor use alcoholic beverages while receiving money from the trust. | |
