| To provide scholarships to full-time students primarily from Bay County; and secondly to students from Gulf and Franklin counties. The scholarships shall be awarded based upon merit and then by financial need. These scholarships may be renewed until graduation, as long as the recipient(s) maintains a 2.5 gpa. | |
