| Applicants must: 1) be the dependent child of a Georgia law enforcement officer, firefighter, or prison guard who was permanently disabled or killed in the line of duty; 2) be enrolled full-time at a Georgia private or public college, or public technical college; 3) be a legal resident of Georgia and U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Alien; and 4) maintain satisfactory academic promise. | |
