| This program is open to high school seniors and currently-enrolled college students in Georgia. They must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents, have been legal residents of Georgia for at least two years, have had prior newspaper experience, and be recommended by a high school counselor, college professor, or member of the Georgia Press Educational Foundation. Selection is based on academic record, standardized test scores, career plans, and financial need. | |
