| Established to provide financial assistance to outstanding high school seniors in Idaho who wish to pursue postsecondary education. | |

| This program is open to graduating high school seniors who are U.S. citizens, Idaho residents, and planning to enroll as full-time students at an eligible postsecondary educational institution in the state. Applicants must have maintained a grade point average of 2.8 or better, must take the ACT or SAT examinations, and must have demonstrated a commitment ot public service. | |
