| This award is given to selected Kentucky high school seniors to enter or continue in post-secondary technical education in the KCTCS. The award is based on academic achievement, character excellence and career potential. Each award provides a full scholarship for study in a diploma or degree program and includes all tuition and required fees, books, supplies, tools, personal safety equipment and uniforms. For students in good standing the award is automatically renewable for a second year to enable completion fo the diploma or degree program. Packets are available from your high school counselors or at www.kctcs.net/student/. ECTC is limited to one new award per year per entering class. | |
