| First-time, full-time freshmen who are residents of Mississippi are eligible if they meet all MCC admissions requirements and score 20-24 on the ACT. Students must remain full time and maintain a 2.0 GPA to receive the scholarship for four consecutive semesters. Applicant should apply for the scholarship as soon as they receive their ACT score as awards are made on a first-come basis. No award will be made after the first day of class. | |
