| This competitive scholarship is awarded annually to students who rank in the top 20 percent of their graduating high school class and who demonstrate a commitment to multicultural learning through community service. Awards will be based on a record of community service, personal interview, and letters of recommendation. Recipients must live in the residence halls, maintain a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA, and participate in community service at Western. The scholarship is worth an amount up to $4,500 a year. | |
