| This program is open to women members of the sponsoring organization who are enrolled in a program of surveying at a 2-year or 4-year college or university. Applicants must be residents of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, or Wyoming. Selection is based on academic record, a statement of future plans, letters of recommendation, and professional activities; if two or more applicants are judged equal based on those criteria, financial need may be considered. | |
