| Applicants must be U.S. veterans or the children of veterans (or of active-duty personnel) who are high school graduates and residents of Oregon studying at institutions of higher learning in the state. The veteran or active-duty service member parent must have resided in Oregon at the time of enlistment. A minimum grade point average of 3.75, either in high school (if the student is a graduating high school senior) or in college (for graduate and continuing undergraduate students), is required. Selection is based on scholastic ability and financial need. | |
