| One scholarship is awarded each year. Candidate must have graduated from a Clarion County high school or have been a resident of Clarion County at the time of high school graduation. Application is made in the spring to the Education Department chair. Selection is based on academic record, contribution to department and university, participation in extracurricular activities, and leadership skills. Letters of recommendation are required. | |
