| For incoming full-time freshmen who demonstrated financial need, and has a rank in the upper fifth of their high school class. Recipients should also demonstrate good character and citizenship. First preference is given to graduates of Antietam School District and the Exeter School District. If there are no qualified candidates, second preference is granted to residents of Berks County, PA. | |
