| Utah supports approximately 60 professional level students in fields of Optometry, Podiatry and Veterinary Medicine - programs not available at our Utah public institutions. PSEP students pay reduced levels of tuition: for most students, resident tuition in public institutions or reduced standard tuition at private schools. | |

| To qualify for PSEP support, you must be a bona fide Utah resident of at least five years prior to application. You must be certified by the State Certifying Office to become eligible for state support. Certification affirms only that you are a resident and are eligible for the exchange if sufficient funds are available. In addition to applying for certification, you must apply for admission to participating WICHE schools. | |
