| Eligible to apply are high school seniors or beyond who are residents of or studying in one of the following states: Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, Massachusetts, or Connecticut. They must be planning a career in aviation and need financial assistance to pursue appropriate education or flight training. Criteria for selecting recipients include: aviation activities, science fair projects, aviation employment, recommendations, academic record, avaition goals, and financial need. | |
