| This scholarship is available to the residents of Vermont who are seniors in high school. Applicants must be planning to enroll in a 2-year or 4-year postsecondary degree program in engineering or construction. They must be able to document financial need, have applied to the Vermont Student Assistance Corporation for a Vermont Grant, and have filed a Free Application for Federal Student Aid no later than 4 weeks before the scholarship deadline. The following letter of recommendation, four required essays, and an official transcript. | |
