| Applicants must be a high school graduate and living within the State of Washington. Awarded to applicants of either sex, without discrimination as to race, color or creed; who by their effort, scholarship, achievement and character have evidenced their ability to benefit themselves and others by continuing their educational processes. The financial need for assistance in order to continue their educational processes shall be one of the major considerations for such an award. Scholarship awards may be made to students attending an accredited college or university situated in the State of Washington. | |
