| Established to honor Campbell C. Sellers, President Emeritus of the West Virginia State University Foundation. Recipient must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5, demonstrate leadership ability (as opposed to potential). Preference will be given non-traditional students and those who enroll in two-year degree programs. Scholarship is renewable if funds are available and a cumulative GPA of 2.5 is maintained. | |
