| This program is open to women who are members of the sponsoring organization and have completed at least half of their aircraft maintenance training or have completed their training and are working on a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Applicants must be full-time students with a grade point average of 3.0 or higher. Selection is based on achievements, attitude toward self and others, commitment to success, dedication to career, financial need, motivation, reliability, responsibility, and teamwork. | |
